We are seeking Subject Specialists
and Research Assistants to join
our dynamic team.
As a Subject Specialist, you will:
- Leverage your deep understanding of specific industries to design and conduct impactful research.
- Partner with clients to identify their research needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Provide guidance/feedback and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience conducting research in your area of expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, NVivo) is a plus.
As a Research Assistant, you will:
- Assist senior researchers with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct literature and evidence desk-based reviews and gather relevant information from various sources.
- Contribute to the development and execution of research projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with data collection and management is a plus.
